Opti-Sand Moulding Sanders are designed to be used to sand moulding, trim, flooring, paneling, siding and other linear parts. They are modular so you can start with one configuration and add top, bottom or side spindle modules in the future as your needs change.
Opti-Sand Rotary Sanders can be used to sand cabinet doors, drawer fronts, face frames, entry doors, shutters and other three-dimensional parts. Standard with vacuum conveyor belt and also available with power adjustable twin belts with edge sanders.
Opti-Sand Panel Sanders are used to sand panels and other 2D parts in one pass and cabinet doors and other 3D parts with multiple passes. All functions are individually adjustable.
Opti-Sand Hanging Door Line Sanders will finish sand and sealer sand entry way doors.
Opti-Sand Wire Brush for texturing or distressing the surface of wood parts including paneling, siding, flooring, frames and more.
Opti-Sand Universal Table Sander for manually sanding a variety of parts. The Sanding Station is stand alone two spindle unit to place over an existing conveyor or at the end of a moulder. Also can be used as a stain wiping unit.
